From New Haven and Fairfield County, CT
Merritt PKWY CT 15 South toward New York City. Take Exit 37 (New Canaan, Darien, Rt 124). Turn left onto South Avenue (Route 124). Proceed 2.1 miles to end in town center (pass Waveny Park). Turn left onto Elm Street (through light). The Visitor Center is located at 199 Elm Street.

From NYC and Lower Westchester County
Merritt PKWY CT 15 North toward New Haven. Take Exit 37 (New Canaan, Darien, Rt 124). Turn left onto South Avenue (Route 124). Proceed 2.1 miles to end in town center (pass Waveny Park). Turn left onto Elm Street (through light). The Visitor Center is located at 199 Elm Street.

From Upstate New York
NY 684 South to Exit 6 (Cross River + Katonah). Turn left off ramp onto Route 35 East toward Cross River and proceed for 9.2 miles (you will pass JT Farm on your right). Turn right at Route 123 (Smith Ridge Road) for approx. 8.7 miles through Vista, NY into Connecticut. Turn right at light, East Avenue. Proceed .5 miles to end. Turn left at Main Street and then immediate right onto Elm Street. The Visitor Center is located at 199 Elm Street.

From I-95 South
Exit 13. Turn right to go north on Route 1. Go 2/10 mile and turn left onto West Norwalk Road. Go 7/10 mile to a stop sign. Bear left to continue on West Norwalk Road. Continue straight for 1.8 miles, West Norwalk Road turns into White Oak Shade after the bridge over the Merritt Parkway. Continue straight for 1 mile to a four-way stop. Continue straight through intersection as White Oak Shade turns into Main Street. Continue 9/10 mile and turn left onto Cherry Street with New Canaan Library on your left-hand side. Continue straight through two lights. As Cherry turns into Pine Street, turn right onto Grove Street. Pass over railroad tracks and at the "t" intersection, turn right onto Elm Street. Turn right into the second driveway to end in the Lumberyard Parking Lot. The Visitor Center is at 199 Elm Street, across the street.

From I-95 North
